5. Please keep in mind that we have no control over extra customs fees, duties, imports, or taxes that are charged before or upon the delivery of your product, and we unfortunately cannot cover them.

6. As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, we sometimes make exceptions for certain extenuating circumstances.
