Die Wohnung ist teilsaniert. Sie verfügt über einen Dielenboden in Flur, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Grundriss und Quadratmeterangaben können dem entsprechenden Bild entnommen werden.
Sie ist sehr gut angebunden. Quasi vor der Tür befindet sich eine Tramhaltestelle, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte*innen jeglicher Fachrichtungen. Tolle Restaurants, Lokale und kulturelle Angebote erwarten euch in der direkten Umgebung. Wer Lust aufs Grüne hat, kann die vielen kleinen und großen Parks in der Nähe nutzen.

The apartment is partially renovated. It has a wooden floor in the hallway, bedroom and living room. Floor plan and square footage can be found in the corresponding image.
