The Scream - discount Fused Glass Art Panel

My son was an intern at Sotherby's a few years ago.
He was most impressed when he had a private viewing of The Scream
before it went up for auction.
The colors so vibrant that they jumped off the canvas.
I thought I might try to re-create this piece in glass using
glassline paints and colored frit.


Measurements of discount the panel: 5.5" wide by 7" tall
The wrought iron base will add an additional two inches in height.

My homage to The Scream may not be exact but this piece is hand-painted,
glass is hand-cut and kiln-fired in my studio on the NH seacoast.
