REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We will gladly offer a refund once an item is returned to us discount in UNUSED condition. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to let us know your returning it to us. You are responsible for shipping the item back to the workshop. NO REFUNDS ON DRYER BALLS or OILS- PER ETSY POLICY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OPENED OILS
