I can discount not tell you anything about it, It does have some initials (WRM) on back perhaps they can be bluffed out. Don't know when, where, or by who it was made. A guess for age would be over 100 years. The CANEO is set inside a band of silver to hold in place. Please see photos. They will show you the design and the beautiful work man ship.
