These Porceleyne Fles ceramic wall plaques are among the favorite items in my shop. They depict different kinds of scenery that are typical for Dutch culture.
In this case it is a picture of filed full of colorful flowers, like tulips and daffodils. A windmill in the back ground, blue sky with clouds to finish it off. A little piece of ceramic hart to hang on your wall or place in a cabinet. Beautifully made, with colorful glazing in a technique that is called cloisonné.
Size: 11.5 x 11.5 centimeter (a bit over 4")
