I've tested these and they are very easy to use for meditation, and each piece has a detachable section with clasps on both sides (to accommodate both right and left handed wrists) and can be worn as a necklace or as a wrap bracelet. just clasp between the wood to accommodate your size, tuck any remaining chain under the mala and you'll have a wrap bracelet that won't come undone during asana practice. this particular mala's detachable section can also be worn as a bracelet separately and fits a 7.25" - 8" wrist. extremely versatile mala. enjoy and I hope you love them as much as I do!!!
