This listing is for a two piece set (top and skirt) knotted tied tightly on ribbon with over 18 strands of tulle per inch. Simply untie the bow to place on your child. Our tutus sit on the hip not at the belly button and are fully adjustable out an inch or more...Skirt has white shimmer tulle accents Skirt lengths are:
