This miniature hobbit house is just waiting for the wee folk in the garden to move in.
Made of wood, glue, faux moss and minature floral. The door does not open but there is a hole in the bottom to accommodate a tea light to light up the hut.
It measures approx. 6 1/2"w (base) x 3 1/2"d (base) x 3 3/4"h to the top of the cottage.
It comes with all the detail on the front of the cottage, including a round door, stepping stones, tiny bench and planter with tiny flowers and the hand painted vine and flowers on discount the wall. There are also flowers and a vine on the roof top.
The building has one coat of polyurethane. Not recommended to get wet.
Building only, props and figurines not listed above, not included.
