This is a Teak hand carved Indian Elephant. She is from around the 1950's-1960's and has no machine marks. Tool marks are clearly visible on her underside. Her stance is relaxed with her trunk down.
The toe nails and eyes are in a lighter wood and bring a nice contrast. The piece has carved texture throughout, including her trunk and tail.
Measurements are: 24cm tall, 22cm long and 12cm wide.
Weight: 1kg (without packaging).
