Symbolic discount Silhouette Antique Print in Frame

This is a really old print or drawing. I have never taken it out of the frame it came in. Someone wrote "18th Cent copper engraved Sellh." not sure what the last word means at all discount. As you can see this is not in perfect condition, it has some age and wear to the picture itself and the mat. There is a small stain in the upper left corner. (Please see all photos.) This is an old and interesting piece. I've never really seen anything quite like it.

The frame measures 12 1/2" X 10 3/4" at it's widest points at the corners.
