It originally came with a book that featured Max as a Thomas The Train type character. These custom trains were available to be made online from 2014-2017. RARE AND LIMITED RELEASE from discount 2014-2017. This line of engines were exclusive to online orders thru Fisher Price and allowed the buyer to choose custom body type face, name, color, number, etc This is a one-of-a-kind train. This version features the Purple Spunky Steamy Snow Design, and was probably made as a Christmas present or Xmas stocking stuffer. Again, one-of-one original train Thomas the Tank Engine Train Design. The train does show signs of play wear - with missing paint showing on the edges.
