Please carefully review all photos to see what is included and overall condition. This set includes A LOT of pieces but is not in perfect or complete conditon. There pool cover has a crack in it and the blue panels do not all fit snuggly. The stickers on all items are original but some are brittle or peeling off. Many were taped back on back in the 80s. You could likely reglue quite a bit, but depends on the item. All four cottages, court, all pieces of pool are included. As an odd quirk, I received this set in the 80s with two left walls (6th picture). I LOVED and played with this playset endlessly as a child but had no recollection that that piece was wrong until I got it out again as an adult and reassembled it. Feel free to send me any questions about this item. I also have some lullubye nursery furniture posted that would work (mostly) for discount this as well. Nonsmoking home. Carefully stored by original owner in a dry, clean environment. Disassembled and ready to ship.
