Beautiful Vintage Oil Painting Waterfall at Sunset Trees Framed Original Oil discount Painting 1930s or Earlier Antique Original Signed Painting

Gorgeous 1930's or earlier, signed waterfall at discount sunset landscape scene. Painting is in original period frame. Frame measures 22 x 12 1/2 painting is about 20 by 10 inches. This is expertly done and would make a lovely addition to any decor. Condition is very good, minor wear only (see photos). I believe it is painted on a canvas board. The woow frame is also just beautiful, green/gold antique.
