Arm or foot discount jewelry from the sixties

oriental jewelry for the wrist or discount for the shackles (foot) 1960 or much older!

a relatively heavy and massive shell made of metal (I cannot name the metal) with a ball that makes a bell noise with every movement.
The shell is attached to a textile band that is bound with silver thread. How the original closure worked I don't know, the tapes are open.
Presumably, the fallen beads have something to do with the closure.
Small textile balls, also connected with silver thread, also adorn the bracelet.
