There is everything you need within no more than 5 minutes walk: LIDL, Netto and EDEKA (Open until 00:00), Restaurants, post office, etc.
The Room: is completely ready for home-office with very fast internet, comfortable office chair.
The common areas: the kitchen is completely equipped, including dish washer, washing machine and dryer. The living room has a large TV and a dining table and a very large couch. The entire apartment has 58 m2.
You will be sharing the apartment just with my housemate. He is a 29 years old fun guy :)
