As with any of my products, please send me a message with a picture if anything breaks or comes apart. I will accept returns for any reason within 14 days. If it something at fault with the product, I will repair it or replace it depending on the item if it is within 30days. If more than 60 days has passed, I will consider based on where it is broken. If you break it, I would still be willing to fix it for a fee we could discuss.
I recommend not wearing them in the shower or bath to maintain the strength of the strings and integrity of the wires and also to maintain the colors of discount the beads. They are all easily washed with gentle soap and water.
