Tailored 1970s midi length princess coat with fur collar, two side pockets and front and back inverted pleats. Also has optional matching belt - no belt loops on coat. Body and sleeves are fully lined with rust colored satin type lining. All of the princess seams have a double row of stitching. The back of the fur collar is satin lined and spot stitched to the coat's notched collar. It could be removed by carefully snipping the spot stitching. The only label in the coat states that it's Union Made in Canada flip side of label has letters "WC". I believe the coat to be wool but there a no tags to indicate that. The fur collar feels like real fur to me but it could be a superb faux fur. I have priced the coat accordingly.

Bust (underarm to underarm): 18 inches
Sleeve length top of shoulder to bottom: 24 inches
Waist: 17.75 inches
Pleats: 17 inches long
Width at bottom: 31 inches
Belt: 62.5" long

CONDITION: Coat is clean and has been well taken care of. It's free of stains, rips or holes. All seams are prefect. Buttons are secure as is the fur collar. The satin lining has a tiny 1/2 inch pull on the back just below the waist. It does not affect wear. Photos are considered part of the description please look at all pictures. Thanks!
