Fossil Universe 12" SQUARE x 3/4" Mixed Media discount ORIGINAL Painting, Pastel Beach Cottage Art Photography Other Worldly Seaside Ammonite

discount Fossil Universe...Inspired by my feeling that right now I long to get pulled into & lost in a fossil hunting world, with sunlight & a popping baby blue sky, inhaling salt scented air as I gasp at my find. I combined painting with my photography of a large opalized ammonite from my personal collection. This is an ORIGINAL one of a kind piece. Created on a textured art panel board, sides are painted and it's ready to hang, even on a simple nail. It will also stand on own or lean & can be turned different ways to hang (See sample in last photo). 12" square by 3/4" deep. Nice versatile size, big enough to make an impression but will fit in smaller spaces too. This painting would be best displayed where you can view at eye level to see the beautiful details & subtle hints of silver shimmer. These hints of shimmer unfortunately aren't showing up well in photos. I've also displayed in several light settings in the photos. Signed CAT on front corner. Signed & dated on back with title.
