Threw out all time witches are known for people that practice their discount magic, congering up spells and tied themselves to the devil. Legends of Witches can be found in every culture from Europe to Asia even in North America and its said that Witches are evil at least the ones people incounter and there are good ones it just depends on which kind of witch you incounter.
