Elegant antique victorian style sterling discount silver filigree snowflake brooch with sapphire / vintage victorian style sapphire brooch / VUNNMA

This brooch is in excellent condition with minor age wear. It is set with small genuine sapphires in a silver filigree frame in the form of a snowflake. The back has english hallmarks but I can't read discount the date, I think it is made in the 70s. The manufacture is somewhat crude, a couple of the sapphires are slightly loose in their settings but not in danger of falling out.
