The Gentleman Skinner is one of my most popular knives, and it sports a 2.5" Stainless Steel blade and it is roughly 6.5" overall. The knife is fitted with a brass guard as discount well.

The knife handle is made from an authentic Jack Daniel's Whiskey Barrel. The wood is salvaged from retired Jack Daniel's oak casts.
