The item you see is in overall excellent working/cosmetic condition with minor wear, and is not 100% complete as well. Also the box I'd say is in overall good shape with some heavy wear. Now of course the playset it has been in the attic discount for quite some time so as you can see it is a little dusty, I'd rather the new owner delicately clean it rather than me do something to do damage it in the process. Side Note: The 4 strips in the 5th are broken in multiple places, but could be mended though if you know what you're doing. If not then you'll have to locate 4 more online.
