bought just about two years ago works wonderfully, needs a new filter (normally not the red filter signal) - new filter in box included we would keep but upgrading to a bigger size, this is best for around 250sqft though we've used it with success in 450sqft just running it at the little higher speed Odors, dust, pollutants are all noticeably less/gone with this running “By using nanotechnology, PECO can destroy pollutants 1000 times smaller than the standard filters must meet to qualify as HEPA.” Additional info from their site posted as photos. it is in excellent condition, has been in a fragrance free home, we will give it an extra deep clean before selling we paid $399 + shipping on 10/29/19 $75 discount filter.
