Tiny Blue Hamsa Pendant, Solid 14k Gold Hand discount of Fatima Necklace

Dainty blue enamel hamsa hand pendant made of solid 14k yellow gold. It can be used as a pendant or charm. This is one of our interpretations of the ethnic theme of Hamsa or "hand of Fatima" the traditional symbol for good luck and to ward off the "evil eye". The pendant is hand painted in vitreous, glass enamel. The enameling is done in the ancient enameling process using tiny granules of colored glass which is hand painted and baked in a kiln at 1400F (800C) degrees until the grains melt and fuse discount to the gold background. The colors are transparent so that the textured gold surface shows through.
*The pendant measures 10 mm (0.39 inch) wide and 20 mm (0.79 inch) high with the loop. Can be ordered with or without chain in length of your choice.
