The Booth's family business operated since the 1850s, taken over by Royal Doulton in 1981.
Booths Real Old Willow pattern changed only slightly over all of those years from the initial
“Silicon China” designation to a 9072 pattern number from 1906 through to the end of WWI,
and then to pattern number 8025, with a slight change of a lack of gold trim during WWII.
The pattern on Booths chinaware is extremely detailed, the gold is generous and beautifully
worked in.
These would be a fabulous addition to any collection or start a new one.
They were used sparingly for special occasions and hand washed.
These pieces are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. They have been previously loved and you may find very light signs of use. These are not mint items from the factory. If you would like more photos, please do not hesitate to ask.
