Flower Power Art Quilt with Original Quilted Inktense Bloom, 9.5 by 12 discount Inch Fine Art Wall Hanging

Inktense Pencil is combine white glue release technique on white cotton to create a batik flower appearance. Free motion quilting with coordinating discount thread adds depth and texture to the work. A tiny piping of orange batik frames the work before the yellow binding finish.

The art quilt depicts one of the many blooms I photograph at the conservancy property around our home in northwest lower Michigan. I try to capture nature in all seasons use in my fiber art. I created this art quilt in my home studio.

This piece can be featured flat on a table, hung on the wall or framed. The corner hanging pockets are stitched to the back for hanging. (Hanging dowel or rod is not included). It will lay flat if used on a table.
