One of the most beautiful and most valued type of Elbaite Tourmaline found in amazing Pink-Reddish to Orangey-Honey with strong dichroic shift into Green to Olive Green to Green-Orange. Named after its appearance exhibiting a beautiful SUNSET-LIKE colors in different grades of saturation from light to medium to deep. Tourmaline occurs in Granitic pegmatites characterized by hydrothermal replacement. Value of quality Tourmaline increased by 600 percent since 2009 and continues to climb because all strong producers like Nigeria, Russia, and Mozambique are now nearly or completely depleted and Chinese buyers are frantically searching for the remaining pieces on the market, driving prices of this historically popular gemstone sky-high.
