Maricela LOVES to dance - it's her favorite past-time (other than playing). She fell in love with ballet folklorico when she first saw a performance at the local school - the costumes, the music, the clatter of the heels on the wooden floors - she was smitten.

But that's not all Marci likes to do. She's always up for a game of hide and seek, an afternoon tea party, or a nap in a comfy chair. It's all fun for her, especially if she has a little someone to play with - and just maybe you have a little someone in mind!

Marci comes with her own little peg doll, in a felt pouch, to play with AND a matching peg doll necklace for a REAL little girl.

Marci has a hand-embroidered face and is 17" tall, stitched from cotton and a linen/cotton blend, cozily stuffed with hypo-allergenic fiberfill and comes with the following:

*a pull-on folklorico skirt with an elasticized waist
*a lacy neck ruffle trimmed in pink satin
*a wool felt hand-embroidered Day of the Dead mask with elastic
*a pair of apple-patterned overalls that also pull on, have an elasticized waist and close with one snap
*a second fetching neck ruffle with a velcro closing
*a blue corduroy, a-line skirt that fastens with velcro
*and a leafy crown

She is fun to play with and easy to make clothes for if your little one is learning to sew. Capes and skirts and flower crowns come to mind.
