This one of a kind zippered pouch was inspired by the lovely green linen shirt I repurposed for the lining . It was such a charming mossy green I grabbed some burgundy embroidery thread and stitched this little leaf. Upcycled denim is used for the exterior of this bag, and contrasts beautifully with the chocolate brown of the zipper and the leafy linen. The burgundy stitching on this purse really makes the reverse appliqué with the leaf stand out. This sweet little bag will make a great gift for kids and grownups alike. Perfect for cosmetics, daily essentials, school supplies, art supplies, any smallish sundry you want to keep safe. I use a bag this size as a travel sewing kit so I can stitch whenever there's a free moment though out the day.
