This is a circa 1960 bright gold leather evening bag purse with contemporary long skinny gold bats added on both sides. The purse measures 13 x 5.5 inches. The inside is black taffeta with a flat, 6 x 2 inch pocket. The hinges still work well, opening and closing with ease. An I-phone plus fits in it easily. There is no hand chain.

The long, 4.5 inch stamped contemporary gold raw brass bats have been added to the vintage purse. Since it is over 60 years old, there are signs of wear, including some of the gold plating coming off of the snap closure. Please see images.
