Rare Vintage San Luco discount Two Timer Lure with Glass Eyes

This is a Rare Vintage San Luco of San Diego, Ca., Two Timer Minnow discount Spinner Lure with glass eyes. It has 2 sided paint with a multi color scale pattern going from black to green and pinkish at the bottom. The other side has Grey scales with green stripes. I am not certain of age but other posts have led me to believe it could be 1940's? It is in mint condition and a beautiful addition to any collection!
