* Beveled edge allowing the peel to slip under a pizza or even bread, a great tool in the kitchen when using a baking stone in a very hot oven.
* Laser Engraved/Etched measuring circles to improve pizza making portioned and aid in making consistent perfectly sized stretch dough.
They make perfect for housewarming, weddings, birthdays, Christmas gifts for friends, family, loved ones or even yourself. Add an extra touch with optional
personalization engraved on the handle of the pizza peel.
Birch Wood Pizza Peel Measurements:
Approximately 12 to 12 1/2" Wide x 24 to 24 1/4" Long including handle & approximately 1/4" thick.
Lasering Engraved/Etched Measurements:
8 inch, 10 inch and 12 inch circles.
Chose between 1, 2 or 3 measuring circles to be laser engraved/etched onto Portion PeeL .
Each pizza peel is handcrafted by me in my wood working shop . Finished products are treated with a beeswax and mineral oil wood butter.
