As you can see by my other lights i just love working with logs! i love how rustic they can look, and this combined with some rusty metal just gives a totally rustic looking lamp that can become a great unusual feature in any home...

the top and base are from the same actual log so match perfectly, they have been spaced apart by some really rusty metal grill that also acts as a lovely cover for the bulb, obviously the bulb used is still very visible so i would really recommend the use of something like a vintage/edison style bulb with a rustic looking filament, especially the new led versions really do look great!

the top and bottom section of the log can easily be removed to give easy access to the new E27 (standard screw-in) lamp holder, the lamp is complete with a meter or so of black cable and an inline on/off switch, so all that is needed is a bulb and plug top to suite your country - as i only have french/EU versions available here.

this particular lamp measures approx 305mm high x 110mm wide

if you would like a different design, size, style, finish.... or anything! just ask...

as usual, i would always recommend the use of low energy/low wattage bulbs/lamps!
