both screens have minor scratches as well as the back of the top piece (last 3 pics are to show the scratches though they're hard to see since I'm not sure how to get better photos) the 3ds itself runs and plays games just fine! Unfortunately discount does not come with charger or box. System will be reset upon purchase.
