Copper rings can turn your skin green - This is most likely happen when your skin is hot and humid. It depends on your bodies PH and sometimes even on your diet. It isn't harmful and washes off. I find if you wash your hands a lot throughout the day it doesn't happen. You can paint the inside of the ring with clear nail polish to create a barrier.
