Antique, German grain sack / grain sack / feed sack / heavy duty sack, 1880 to about 1900.

Coarse, hand-spun and woven linen, natural beige, with fish scrap pattern. Strong, wild texture.

Little bleached hemp, or bottle linen in natural shades.
Slight color deviations from the photo are possible.

The bag is used and has been stored washed. Isolated, charming shadows and a few small holes (on the front above) are available.

The material is thick, stiff and strong. Ideal for bags, pillows, or even for upholstery.... For example, for a bank - cushion? The font is up to about 8 cm high and rarely so large.

The thick burlap can also be used as a floor runner, or bed mat.
