This excellent book dates to 1877 and is inscribed to 'Rev. Jackson Cole, With Kindest Hope and wish - Of The Author, Frances A.B Dunning'.
Dedicated to discount her mother, this is a book of her poetry. Mrs Dunning worked for President Abraham Lincoln as a secretary, and later was an artist and writer of marked ability. She died at the age of 91.
