Pre-owned and in good condition. Beautiful circle base with full fireplace on front. Features Santa coming down the fireplace pulling his gift bag through, surrounded by his elves. As indicated in the pictures, there is one small area of chipped paint and a small hole on the side of the fireplace, but it is towards the back and on the side (not visible if displaying this piece).
