Original Sheep Art Print, Large discount Hand-Pulled Farm Animal Linocut

This is an original hand pulled linocut print featuring a sheep standing in a field of grass looking into the distance. This is NOT a digital copy. I design, draw, carve, and print each piece by hand in my home studio. Your print may differ slightly from the photo as each print is unique due to the handmade nature of the product. This insures that your artwork is one of a kind.

Description:
This print was inspired by a friend's sheep. His name is Chester. Chester the Sheep. He is very majestic and handsome and he knows it. You might think such a handsome sheep would be standoffish, but Chester is very friendly and loves his ears scratched.
  
Size:
* Print size is approximately 18 3/4 inches wide x 10 3/4 inches high.
* White and cream paper is 26 x 20 inches. Hosho paper is 20 x 25 inches.
 
Paper Options:
* White BFK Rives Printmaking Paper, 250 gsm. This very popular fine printmaking paper is mould-made in France and has a smooth, absorbent surface. Rives Papers are 100% cotton with deckle edges and acid free.
* Cream Lightweight BFK Rives Printmaking Paper, 115 gsm. This very popular fine printmaking paper is mould-made in France and has a smooth, absorbent surface. Rives Papers are 100% cotton with deckle edges and acid free.
* Hosho is a traditional, high-quality kozo paper which is strong and absorbent. Laid lines are almost invisible. Sheets measure 20” × 25”. They are natural white and acid-free, with deckle edges. Weight is 85 gsm.
 
Ink Options:
* Professional archival quality relief ink by Schmincke, Aqua Linoldruck. Environmentally friendly, water based, highly pigmented, vibrant color. This print is made with ivory black ink.
* Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Relief Oil Based Ink. Made from polymerized vegetable oil and artist-quality pigments. This print is made with black ink.
  
Edition:
* Open Edition (OE)
* Signed and dated in pencil.

Frame and Mat:
* Shown in a 2 inch black frame with cream and black mats. Frame and mats are NOT included with the print.
