She comes complete with a discontinued Build A Bear velvet cape and the plush itself is now discontinued (she may still be available, but only while supplies last/is not being manufactured as of late 2021). Sorry, shipping costs are out of my hands and I cannot discount items just to offset the cost of shipping. I dont make the shipping prices and thats not money in my pocket! . I used glitter velvet ribbon for the harness and replaced her original collar discount with ribbon instead. Original collar will be included if you ever want to change it back to the white belt. . Glitzen is brand new with tags, brand new cape with tags. The buyer can remove the tags. The cape has a factory error: Instead of the grippy pad of velcro, its two pieces of the soft part the grip side sticks to. I can put a couple of hidden stitches in to make it look velcroed together if you'd like!.
