discount Vintage Formal Kelly Green Deborah Straw Hat with Netting English Wedding Style This stunningly beautiful hat will be a hit! It has a lovely kelly green "V" shaped crown piece and head band. The crown piece has "satin" thread and green sequins adorning the edge as well as down the center and around the piece that sits on the head. A green netting bow sits at the back of the neck. It is in near perfect condition. It is approximately 10" from side to side. From the back to the front it is approx 16". This was designed by Deborah of New York. Please look closely at the pictures.
